This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Purchases

When you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our reseller and merchant of record) processes your name, email address, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, order details and license key so we can deliver and support your purchase. We never see your full card details.

License activation

When you activate a license, the plugin sends your license key and a name for your computer to Lemon Squeezy's license service, and checks it again from time to time. It sends nothing about your projects or files.

Support emails

If you email us, we use your message and email address only to answer you.

How long we keep data

We keep order records as long as the law requires (for tax purposes, usually 10 years in Italy) and support emails as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority in your country.
