Our reseller

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT. When you buy, you also accept Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.

Your license

When you buy a Drag Pixels plugin you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. One license may be activated on up to 2 computers used by the same person. You may use the plugin for personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may not share, resell or publish the plugin or your license key, or try to remove its license check.

Free trial

The free trial has all features and adds a watermark to renders. It is for evaluation only.

Updates and support

Your purchase includes free updates within the same major version (for example 1.x) and email support. Future major versions may be paid upgrades.

Warranty and liability

We test our plugins carefully and fix reported problems, but they are provided "as is". Please try the free trial before buying to check that the plugin works on your system. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost work or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Trademarks

Adobe, After Effects and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe. Drag Pixels is not affiliated with Adobe.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
